Dr. Farrelly was born in Warsaw, Poland and grew up in San Diego. She is fluent in conversational Polish and medical Spanish. Her husband, Ryan, is an actuary and they have two young kids who take up all their free time. Dr. Farrelly is an avid runner and photographer and is learning to roller skate. She is also a big fan of geek culture. In regards to her practice, Dr. Farrelly focuses her attention on helping patients build a healthy, active lifestyle and encourages prevention over treatment. She prefers to prescribe treatment that doesn't involve taking pills whenever possible. She has taken courses focusing on women's health, pediatrics, obesity/weight loss, and geriatric care.
